The hotel offers a convenient location close to the office and opposite Woodfield Mall, allowing me to blend work and leisure effortlessly. The rooms, though a little tired and under-furnished, provided a decent stay. The service was a bit hit or miss but generally helpful. The dining options, albeit limited and overpriced for breakfast, were satisfactory. The facilities were average, needing a refresh for a more pleasant experience.
I had such a great experience at the hotel! The rooms were exceptional, spacious, and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the city, just 10 minutes away from the convention center and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The rooms are modern but lack a microwave and felt a bit dirty at times. The service was generally friendly, although some instances of intrusions were noted. The location is great for a family vacation but may not suit everyone's needs.
